A Hobart bar has taken a humorous approach to catch the thieves they claim helped themselves to a haul of items during the early hours of Sunday morning.
Liverpool Street’s Twisted Lime posted on social media offering a tongue-in-cheek reward for information about the three alleged thieves they caught on CCTV footage being in the bar when they were not supposed to be.
“Offering a reward of 500 (V-Bucks) for the names of a few scallywags who came in this morning and stole the following,” the bar said.
The list of allegedly pilfered goods included 12 empty kegs, “7 ½ glasses”, half a beer and an “attempted couch robbery” that apparently failed.

The bar accused the trio of committing “GTA (Grand Theft Amaro)”.
Tasmania Police said the incident has not been reported to them.
