A young driver who ploughed her car into Sandy Bay’s Wrest Point casino overnight is expected to face driving charges.
Police say the 25-year-old woman drove into the reception area around 2:30am this morning, before getting out of her vehicle and “behaving in a violent manner”.

The woman was arrested at the scene before being “bailed immediately so that she could obtain medical treatment,” Police say.
“The woman will face driving charges pending further police investigations.”
“The woman was not injured during the incident.”
