A talented young Tassie footballer has gone viral for his touching act on the field over the weekend.
11-year-old Mason Cordwell took a moment after his team won the game to comfort one of his opponents by shaking his hand and hugging him.

The heartwarming gesture was captured by veteran cameraman Martin Duffy, who said it was one of the ‘most beautiful moments’ he had ever filmed in his 25 years of covering community footy.
