A car that has lost its wheel is causing major delays for Hobart-bound traffic using the Tasman Bridge this evening.
The vehicle is currently blocking the right hand city-bound lane, with police currently working to remove it from the bridge.

According to Google Maps data, commuters travelling from Hobart Airport can expect delays of around 15 minutes, extending their journey to nearly 30 minutes.
Police say traffic leaving the city is unaffected by the incident.
