A man has died at the scene of a serious crash on the Esk Highway west of St Marys this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the incident between Mt Nicholas Road and Cornwall Road just after 1:30pm on Thursday.

Police said the vehicle left the road and crashed into a tree.
The man was the only person in the vehicle at the time.
“A report will be prepared for the coroner,” police said.
“Our thoughts are with the man’s family and loved ones at this difficult time.”
