Tasmania Police are investigating a suspicious fire that occurred overnight at Hobart Road in Kings Meadows.
The incident occurred at 2:50 am, and when emergency services arrived, the premises was already fully engulfed in flames.

The property sustained an estimated $400,000 in damages, and two caravans located at the property next door were also damaged by the heat of the fire.
Fire investigators have determined that the cause of the fire is suspicious, and detectives are now investigating.
