Public toilets in two Huon Valley towns have been trashed twice in a matter of days, with one site damaged again just hours after council workers repaired it.
The Huon Valley Council said the public toilets at Geeveston and Judbury were vandalised over the weekend.
Staff and cleaning contractors moved quickly to fix the Geeveston site on Monday, only for it to be targeted again shortly after.
Images shared by the council show significant damage at the facilities, including a toilet seat torn from its fittings, a cubicle door damaged around the handle and toilet paper strewn across the floor.

One toilet appeared to be filled with debris, while another was surrounded by large amounts of toilet paper stuffed around the bowl.
Tasmania Police have been notified and are reviewing CCTV footage from the area.

The council said the vandalism was part of a pattern that tends to get worse during school holidays.
“Incidents like this tend to escalate during the school holidays and this latest one is a disheartening addition to that trend,” the council said.
The council urged anyone who sees suspicious behaviour around its facilities to contact Tasmania Police on 131 444.
