TSIM have added Hobart to their first national tour in more than 30 years, with an all ages show at the Odeon on Thursday October 1.

The balaclava-clad satirists will perform at the Liverpool Street venue as part of their No Mistakes Tour, marking a rare Tasmanian appearance.

The Hobart show was not originally on the cards.

Kimberley Galceran, DarkLab’s Associate Creative Director, said the band’s management initially dismissed the idea.

“We contacted TSIM’s manager, David Roy Williams, to ask about the band doing a Hobart show and were told ‘TSIM won’t be doing any international shows as part of the tour’,” she said.

“When we pointed out that Hobart was as much a capital city as Darwin and Canberra they checked their maps.”
