Global megastar Luude added to Hobart’s Haydays festival lineup

Tasmanian-born Christian Benson, known as Luude, has been added to the lineup for Hobart’s Haydays festival in December.

The EDM producer will be joining the likes of PNAU, The Jungle Giants, Genesis Owusu and more at Haydays, which is scheduled to take place at Cornelian Bay in Hobart next month.

Luude burst onto the music scene with his hugely popular 2021 remixe of Down Under, which has racked up millions of streams across the globe in the last 2 years.

According to event organiser Vibestown, Australian DJ Golden Features will also be a last-minute addition to the lineup.

Haydays is the sister event of the highly successful ‘Party In The Paddock’ and ‘Party In The Apocalypse’ festivals, both attracting large crowds every year.

The lineup for Hobart’s newest music festival, HAYDAYS, which promises to be the city’s ‘biggest music festival in a decade,’ has been officially announced.

Taking place on December 27 and 28 at Cornelian Bay, the two-day music festival has successfully secured major artists and electro-pop sensations to perform alongside local talents.

Vibestown Productions, the company known for Party in the Paddock, say PNAU, The Jungle Giants, Cub Sport, Confidence Man, Foals and SBTRKT are among this year’s performers.

Genesis Owusu, Erika de Casier (Germany) and breakthrough acts May-A, Ziggy Ramo, Medhanit, Miss Kaninna, Jade Zoe, Dameeela will also hit the stage, alongside Tasmanian electronic artists Cyber Switch, EMA, Juice Monsoon, エミエミ (emi emi), Baltimöre Charlót and Baz + Grom.

Pre-sale tickets go on sale from 8am Thursday, with general ticket sales starting at 8am on September 19.

Festival-goers are told to be quick to secure one of the 8,000 tickets available.
