A group of seniors broke out in a line dancing flash mob in the Launceston’s Brisbane Street mall yesterday.
The flash mob was part of Seniors Week, a series of events aimed at enriching the lives of older Australians.

Line dancing seniors, ranging in age from 60 to 91, moved to Elvis Presley’s “Return to Sender” and Billy Ray Cyrus’ “Achy Breaky Heart”.
Participants say they enjoyed being part of the flash mob and felt it was a great way for seniors to stay active and integrated in the community.
The event was organised by the education and social support service School for Seniors.
