Man in his 60s dies in serious crash on road in Huon Valley

A man in his 60s has died at the scene of a serious crash south of Hobart.

The 66-year-old was alone in his vehicle when it left the road at Grove, near Huonville, around 2pm on Monday.

Police said initial inquiries indicate the man may have suffered a medical episode.

“A report will be prepared for the coroner,” police said.

“Our thoughts are with the man’s family and loved ones.”
