A man has allegedly been stabbed in the leg during an altercation on High Street in New Norfolk this afternoon.
Tasmania Police said the man’s injury was not life threatening.

A second man involved in the incident was taken into police custody to assist with inquiries.
“There is no risk to the public,” police said.
Witnesses reported seeing officers cordon off the area, with blood and a pair of scissors visible on the ground.
Police said they are continuing to investigate.
