Party in the Paddock has turned up the anticipation for its 2025 edition with the announcement of a second wave of artists set to take the stage.
After surprising fans last week by revealing British indie-rock icons The Kooks as the festival’s secret headliner, organisers have now confirmed that American artist Oliver Tree and Perth psych-rock legends Pond will join the party.
Adding a country twist to the lineup, the main stage will also welcome tribute act The Dolly Parton Experience.
Tasmanian talent will feature too, with a local artist or band to win their way onto the stage through a Triple J Unearthed competition.
A winner will be selected early next year.
The festival’s already impressive roster boasts big names like Empire Of The Sun, Aurora, Amyl & The Sniffers, Angie McMahon and Role Model.
Other favourites include Still Woozy, The Rubens, Thelma Plum, King Stingray, Slowly Slowly, The Dreggs, Allday and Teen Jesus & The Jean Teasers.
The festival will be held from February 6 to 9 at Quercus Park, just 15 minutes from Launceston.
