A pavilion-style home hidden in bushland on Tasmania’s East Coast has attracted international interest during its first week on the market.
The nine-acre property, located in Orford, is built around a 14-metre lap pool and is listed for sale for offers over $3 million.

If the property sells above the $3 million baseline, it wil become the East Coast’s second most expensive residential sale, behind a Binalong Bay getaway that sold for $6 million in 2021.
