A 27-year-old Parattah man has been charged with a string of driving offences after two separate incidents in Devonport on Saturday night.
Police received multiple calls from members of the public about the driving behaviour of a man in a white flat-tray ute.
Officers tracked down the driver and his passenger in Devonport and took the man into custody.
He was charged with drink driving after recording a blood alcohol reading of 0.156 and driving without a licence.

Around 2:50am on Sunday, an off-duty police officer spotted the same man behind the wheel again.
He was arrested a second time and hit with further charges of driving while disqualified and refusing a breath test.

The man was held in custody to appear before the court.
Tasmania Police thanked the members of the public who called in with information about the driver.
“Keeping our roads safe remains a priority and community reports play an important role in helping police prevent serious road trauma,” police said.
