Police are investigating after a body was found in a rivulet in Hobart’s northern suburbs this morning.
A person walking near Grove Road in Glenorchy called police around 10:30am on Wednesday to report a body in the water at Humphreys Rivulet.

Detectives and specialist police resources are at the scene.
The area has been closed and people are asked to stay away.
“An investigation is underway to determine the circumstances of the death,” a police spokesperson said.
