A unit in Devonport has been destroyed by a fire that authorities say was deliberately lit.
Emergency services were called to the blaze on the corner of William and Madden Streets around 12:30pm on Wednesday.

Police say the unit was completely destroyed by the fire, which fire investigators have since determined was deliberately lit.
A 39-year-old Devonport woman was taken into custody and is assisting police with their inquiries.
“Investigators would like to hear from anyone with information about the incident,” a spokesperson said.
“Information can be provided to Western Criminal Investigation Division on 131 444.”
