Police are working to track down the driver of a car following a crash that killed a man on Tasmania’s north-west coast.
The light-coloured sedan was seen travelling north near Moore Street in Wynyard around 9:55pm on Saturday, July 11.

“The driver is not in any trouble, but they may be able to assist officers with witness information,” police said.
The appeal follows the death of former AFL player and coach Paul Atkins, who was struck by a car on Moore Street on Saturday night.
Atkins, 57, died as a result of the crash. No other vehicles were involved.
