Salmon protestors have been slammed after they invaded a memorial for the Hillcrest Tragedy anniversary in Devonport today.
The protestors have been criticised by members of the community as “pathetic” and “disgusting” after they flung a large banner from the carpark behind the stage.

The three-metre long red banner with white lettering said “Eating Salmon? Killing Tasmania,” and was displayed for several minutes before the protestors were moved on by council staff.
