Emergency crews are battling a recreational vehicle fire on the Midland Highway near the Symmons Plains racetrack.
Flames have been seen engulfing the RV as thick black smoke billows into the air.

The fire started around 10am on Sunday.
The blaze is affecting northbound traffic and delays are expected.
Motorists are being asked to avoid the area while emergency services work to bring the fire under control.
