Hundreds of people have been evacuated from Wellington Court in the Hobart CBD this afternoon after an alarm sounded through the complex.
The alarm was turned off at around 1:40pm on Tuesday, but had been blaring for several minutes before that.

Woolworths and a number of other shops in the complex have been evacuated.
The Argyle Street Car Park and Royal Hobart Hospital Wellington Clinics also evacuated.
Firefighters have responded to the scene.
The Tasmania Fire Service told Pulse a fire alarm activated and crews are investigating.
It is understood the incident is related to sprinklers in the building.
