Swimmers urged to stay vigilant after large shark sighting in Bicheno

Swimmers in Bicheno have been told to be on the lookout for a “large shark” reportedly lurking in the area.

Police issued the warning this evening, saying the shark was spotted in the Waubs Bay area.

“Swimmers are requested to be vigilant if entering the water,” a police spokesperson said.
