Tasmania Police are on the hunt for the driver of a car towing a trailer who dangerously swerved into oncoming traffic on the Bass Highway.
The heart-stopping incident occurred at around 4pm on Monday July 10 in Somerset.

Police say the white Subaru overtook on double white lines near Cape View Nursery and “narrowly avoided” a head-on crash with oncoming traffic.
Officer are now seeking to identify the driver of the vehicle and ask anyone with further information to contact Wynyard Police on 6477 7267 or Crime Stoppers Tasmania anonymously with the reference TAI2300036452.
