Hallam did not enter a plea during Friday’s hearing and Lee did not appear as she had not yet been formally summoned, according to The Mercury.

The case has been adjourned until August 20 for further proceedings.

Police have issued a warning that anyone found possessing or distributing the video could face criminal charges.
