A teenage boy has been charged over a string of alleged Hobart and Launceston crimes, including a cash and cigarette raid on a petrol station.
The 15-year-old was initially arrested for a stealing incident in Launceston on Sunday.

Police investigations subsequently identified him as a “person of interest” and linked the teenager to several other crimes in Hobart earlier this month, including the “significant” burglary of the Gagebrook petrol station.
The boy faces three charges each of burglary and stealing.
He is scheduled to appear in the Launceston Youth Justice Court on August 22.
