Real estate data shows number 29 was built in 1953 and remained with three generations of one family for more than 45 years before selling in 2019.
Number 46, built in 1966, stayed in the same family until 2022.
Number 25 was held for 50 years before selling for $965,000 in 2023.
The street reflects the broader evolution of Cremorne from a modest shack and holiday home destination into increasingly valuable waterfront real estate with around 52 beachfront properties in the broader area.
Despite that shift, the street remains overwhelmingly owner-occupied at around 95%.
Prices have climbed in recent years, with number 6 selling for $925,000 in 2025.
The vendors have reserved the right to accept an offer before the closing date.
