The search for missing 14-year-old Tasmanian girl Shyanne-Lee Tatnell is continuing 10 days after she was last seen, with Tasmania Police now appealing to drivers who were in the area of the North Esk River on the night of April 30 to come forward.

Inspector Craig Fox has announced that officers will continue to sift through the North Esk River in the coming days as part of the search, who has not been seen or heard from since her disappearance.

The location is believed to be where she was last seen, and police are hopeful that drivers who were in the area between 8pm and 9pm on that evening could provide valuable information.

“We want to speak to anyone who was driving a vehicle on Henry Street, in the vicinity of the North Esk River between the hours of 8pm and 9pm on Sunday,” Fox said.

“These drivers could be potential witnesses of Shyanne-Lee’s last known movements, whether they think they saw anything of not.”

Shyanne-Lee, who is described as being approximately 160cm tall, with a slim build and blonde hair, was last seen wearing a cream-coloured hooded jumper with dark-coloured writing on the chest and shoulder area, as well as bike shorts.
