A witness told Pulse the driver pulled over on the highway after the bales came loose.

“When I drove back home they had been moved to the side of the street,” he said.

“I assume they rolled them off of the road and that someone will be going to pick them up.”

He said it was not something you saw every day.

A witness said the bales were later moved to the side of the road

Police said they had not been notified of the incident.
