Shyanne-Lee Tatnell was last seen on April 30 while crossing the Henry St bridge over the North Esk River in Launceston.

Almost two weeks have passed since her disappearance, during which time she has had no communication with her family, conducted no financial transactions and has been absent from social media.

In an effort to locate the missing teenager, police divers are continuing to search the river today before a decision is made on further search operations.

Inspector Craig Fox of Tasmania Police expressed concerns yesterday, saying that the likelihood of finding Shyanne-Lee is diminishing with each passing day.

At the time of her disappearance, Shyanne-Lee was dressed in a cream-colored hooded jumper with dark-colored writing on the chest and shoulder area, paired with bike shorts.

She is approximately 160cm tall, with a slim build and blond hair.

Inspector Fox has appealed to the public, urging anyone with information about Shyanne-Lee’s whereabouts to come forward and assist in locating the missing teenager.
