Police are investigating a series of attempted break-ins in Oakdowns on Hobart’s eastern shore, after residents reported four youths trying to get into cars and properties overnight.
Residents at four properties in the area made reports to police about the incidents, which police are treating as attempted burglaries.

Several of those residents have given CCTV images to officers, who are following up lines of inquiry.
