A dusting of snow “won’t be enough” to reopen the lifts at Ben Lomond, the Alpine Resort say.
After a challenging winter season due to record high winter temperatures, Ben Lomond received some snow on Friday.

The dumping comes after the resort was forced to close down their ski lifts in August following a dry season.
Managing Director Ben Mock at the time said the lack of snow has had a “massive impact” on their tourism and business revenue, making it difficult to keep staff.
“We’re all suffering, staff are suffering as well,” he said.
Despite not being able to ski, visitors are still welcome to come and observe the snowfall this weekend ahead of another wintery blast next week.
