A teenager caught riding an unregistered trailbike on parkland near Kingborough Sports Centre is likely to be slapped with charges.
The 18-year-old was allegedly riding in the Twin Ovals area on Saturday when police seized the bike.

Police say the incident is far from the teen’s first offence, with authorities now proceeding against them.
“Trailbike riders, it’s an offence to ride motorcycles for the purpose of sport or recreation within 500 metres of homes,” police said.
“Community, if you see anyone illegally riding a trailbike, report to police on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers Tasmania.”
