Helicopter dispatched to rescue fallen kayaker near Hobart

A kayaker has been pulled to safety off McGees Bridge at Midway Point this afternoon after he reportedly fell out of his kayak. The Westpac Rescue Helicopter and police vessels were tasked to locate the man around 2pm, who was located and returned to shore a short time ago. No serious injuries have been reported.
