Update – 9:55 AM: Proctors road has now reopened. EARLIER: Police and emergency services are on the scene of a traffic crash on Proctors Road, Dynnyrne. Proctors Road is currently blocked in both directions. Motorists are asked to avoid the area and seek an alternate route. No serious injuries have been reported at this stage.
